5' x 10' Storage Units

How Big Is a 5×10 Storage Unit? With 50 square feet and 400 cubic feet of storage space, a 5×10 storage unit is similar to a medium-sized walk-in closet. What Does a 5×10 Storage Unit Hold? With the capability to hold the contents of a mid-sized bedroom (including boxes), some items that can fit in a 5×10 unit include:

  • Queen and king-size mattress

  • Dresser

  • Couch

  • Refrigerator

  • Motorcycle

  • Boxes

10' x 20' Storage Units

A 10x20 storage unit is 10 feet in width and 20 feet long, which provides you with 200 square feet of storage space. Many storage units have an eight-foot ceiling, which gives you a total of 1,600 cubic feet of space to store all your items. You can store your items on the floor or even stack them to maximize the space you have.  Some items that can be stored:

  • Complete bedroom and living room sets

How Big Is a 10×10 Storage Unit? Roughly half the size of a standard one-car garage, 10×10 storage units offer 100 square feet and 800 cubic feet of storage space. What Does a 10×10 Storage Unit Hold? With enough space for multiple sets of bedroom furniture with room to spare, 10×10 storage units are commonly used to store the contents of a one or two-bedroom apartment. At Fat Creek Storage LLC, we offer affordable uncovered and enclosed storage for boats and RVs*.  Located just off State Route 33 in Southeast Ohio, our facilities feature 24-hour access in a great location with no long-term contracts!
